Go to the Outline - Servers community page.
Select the country of the server you need. On the next page, click the XXXX access key and copy the server access code in the next window.
Open the Outline VPN app and click the + icon to add a new server.
Add the copied code and click the "Add Server" button in the "Critical Access" window.
