Released on October 22, 2015, the slideshow tool's redesigned interface lets you customize slides with themes and backgrounds, as well as animations. Additionally, there are several new features that give you more choice and freedom in how your slides are arranged: You can now choose which slides appear at the beginning or end of your presentation, as well as where the title and footer are positioned. On a given slide, you'll be able to move around individual cells and see which elements you've highlighted with different colors: white indicates no changes have been made since the document was last opened, blue indicates that the elements relate to previous slides, green indicates minor elements, and red indicates important elements.
PowerPoint 2016 download also includes extra features that provide more detailed information about the content of your slides. For example, you can check over twenty different elements, such as graphics, for a slide or browse the text you're currently working on. PowerPoint 2016 free download also lets you "snooze" or "boost" content elements and other objects when you need a quick reminder of how to add certain features (like photos or videos) to your slides.
